Weather Forecast During 25-28 Apr, The westerly trough is moving through the North while high pressure from China will extend to upper Thailand and the South China Sea. The pressure collision with hot air produces outbreaks of summer thunderstorms over the areas. Thundershowers, thunderbolt, gusty winds and hail are also forecast. During 29 Apr – 1 May, high pressure cover upper Thailand and the South China Sea is weakening while southeasterly wind prevails over upper Thailand. Thundershowers are likely in the areas.
Low pressure covers in Malacca Strait cause more rains and isolated heavy rain in the South. The moderated wind waves are likely about 2 meters in the Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea.

During 25-28 Apr, people over the upper Thailand should beware of thunderstorm, gusty wind and hails. Farmers should watch for crops damage. During 28 Apr – 1 May, people in the South should beware heavy rain and all ships in the Gulf of Thailand and Andaman Sea should proceed with caution.
