เนื่องในวันที่ ๒๘ ต.ค. ๒๕๕๗ เป็นวันชาติของสาธารณรัฐเช็ก พลเอกประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา นายกรัฐมนตรี และพลเอกธนะศักดิ์ ปฏิมาประกร รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีสารแสดงความยินดีเนื่องในโอกาสดังกล่าว ดังนี้

On behalf of the Government and people of the Kingdom of Thailand, I wish to extend to Your Excellency and the people of the Czech Republic my warmest felicitations and best wishes on the auspicious occasion of the National Day of the Czech Republic.
It is with great pleasure that I recall my meeting with H.E. President Milos Zeman on the sideline of the 10th Asia-Europe Meeting in Italy, which was an excellent opportunity to discuss ways to deepen our relationship in all fields, from trade and investment ties to people-to-people exchanges. I am also very pleased that the long-standing and cordial relations between our two countries are becoming increasingly closer as we commemorate the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations this year.
Therefore, I wish to take this opportunity to firmly assure Your Excellency of Thailand’s determination to further strengthen ties and deepen cooperation with Czech Republic for the mutual benefits of our two countries and peoples.

It gives me great pleasure to extend my warmest felicitation to Your Excellency and the people of the Czech Republic on the solemn occasion of the National Day of the Czech Republic.
While joining your Excellency in this celebration, it gives me great pleasure to accentuate that in the past four decades, Thailand and the Czech Republic have become friends and trusted partners. I also strongly believe that the recent meeting between Prime Minister of Thailand and President of the Czech Republic on the sideline of the 10th Asia-Europe Meeting in Italy symbolizes our long-standing relations and common wishes to consolidate and further strengthen our ties. Thailand therefore looks forward to hosting the Second Session of the Joint Commission on Economic Cooperation Meeting in the near future.
