นายกรัฐมนตรีมีข้อความสารแสดงความยินดีถึงนายวลาดิมีร์ ปูติน ที่ได้รับเลือกตั้งเป็นประธานาธิบดีสหพันธรัฐรัสเซียต่อเนื่องอีกวาระ

ตามที่เมื่อวันที่ ๑๘ มีนาคม ๒๕๖๑ นายวลาดิมีร์ ปูติน ได้รับเลือกตั้งเป็นประธานาธิบดีสหพันธรัฐรัสเซียต่อเนื่องอีกวาระ (พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๑ – ๒๕๖๗) นั้น พลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา นายกรัฐมนตรี ได้มีข้อความสารแสดงความยินดีถึงนายวลาดิมีร์ ปูติน ประธานาธิบดีสหพันธรัฐรัสเซีย โดยมีรายละเอียด ดังนี้

Excellency,

On behalf of the Royal Thai Government and people of the Kingdom of Thailand, I wish to extend my most sincere congratulations on Your Excellency's re-election as President of the Russian Federation.

Your decisive election results reflect the trust and confidence of the Russian people in your capability and wisdom. I am confident that, under your strong leadership and able guidance, the Russian Federation and its people will continue to prosper and that Thailand – Russia relations and cooperation in all spheres of mutual interest will be further enhanced.

I look forward to continuing to work closely with you for the benefit of our two countries and peoples and wish you every success in all your endeavours.
