WASHINGTON, D.C.: Fannie Mae will redeem the principal
amount of MTN securities issues amounting to a total of US$200
million on February 7, 2005 at a redemption price equal to 100
per cent of the principal amount redeemed plus accrued
interest. Fannie Mae will also redeem US$20 million worth of
MTN issues on February 8, 2005 and US$33.079 million worth of
FINS issues on February 7, 2005.
