release its 2004 earnings on Monday, March 21, 2005 after
market closes. CVRD will release simultaneously consolidated
financial statements in US GAAP (generally accepted accounting
principles in the United States) and BR GAAP (generally
accepted accounting principles in Brazil).

WASHINGTON, D.C.: Fannie Mae will redeem the principal
amount of MTN securities issues amounting to a total of US$150
million on March 7, 2005 at a redemption price equal to 100 per
cent of the principal amount redeemed plus accrued interest.
Fannie Mae will also redeem US$15.443 million FINS issues on
March 7, 2005, US$100 million MTN issues on March 8, 2005 and
US$200 million MTN issues on March 9, 2005.
