CLEVELAND - American Greetings has agreed to purchase
Recycled Paper Greetings, Inc. ("Recycled Paper"). Recycled
Paper is a Chicago-based preeminent creator and designer of
humorous greeting cards with annual net sales of approximately
$80 million. Recycled Paper's humor cards are distributed
primarily through mass retail partners, drug stores and
specialty retail stores. The transaction is subject to various
closing conditions including a Chapter 11 reorganization
process being successfully completed for Recycled Paper and
other closing conditions.
HUDSON HIGHLAND...
NEW YORK - Hudson Highland Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: HHGP), one
of the world's leading providers of permanent recruitment,
contract professionals and talent management solutions, today
amended its $75 million senior secured credit facility with
Wells Fargo Foothill. The revised agreement has no minimum
EBITDA covenant. Instead, it requires Hudson to maintain a
minimum borrowing availability of $25 million. Borrowings are
based on eligible receivables. The maturity date of the amended
credit facility remains July 31, 2012.

and the Australian company Imugene have signed a comprehensive
agreement allowing Merial to obtain exclusive rights to Imugene
