Russian Export Center (REC, VEB.RF Group) will hold the "Made in Russia" showcase in Thailand. It will take place October 30-31 in Bangkok, a key logistics and business hub of Southeast Asia.
The event will be held during the 2nd Russia-Thailand Investment Forum (RTIF 2026), which will bring together representatives of the business community and relevant government authorities from friendly countries. The forum is organized by the Russia-Thailand Business Council (RTBC), operator of the "Made in Russia" national pavilion in Thailand. The national brand will also serve as the forum's General Partner.
"We see Thailand as one of the most promising markets in Southeast Asia for Russian exports. Interest in Made in Russia products here is high, which means businesses need practical tools to enter the market. At the event in Bangkok, Russian companies will present their products to local buyers, test demand, including on marketplaces, and hold numerous B2B meetings," said Tatiana An, Vice President of REC.
"The opening of the national products pavilion in Thailand will give Russian manufacturers comprehensive support in promoting their products on the Thai market. Exporters will gain access to a modern business platform for product presentations and B2B engagement, and can also count on assistance with certification procedures, as well as marketing and legal support. I am confident that the pavilion will significantly boost trade turnover between Russia and Thailand," emphasized Vladimir Kovalev, Executive Director of RTBC.
As part of the event, REC will set up a "Made in Russia" showcase corner displaying products from Russian manufacturers. Forum participants and guests will also have access to a tasting area featuring local agricultural products. In addition, a streaming studio will operate on site, where Russian and Thai bloggers will run live online sales of Russian producers' goods in compliance with platform requirements.
A separate part of the program will be a B2B session for Russian exporters. With REC's support, companies will hold targeted talks with event and forum participants interested in establishing direct business contacts.
RTIF 2026 will also feature a friendly badminton tournament. The matches will take place on October 31, with business representatives and professional athletes from Russia and Thailand taking to the court.
