The Ministry of Finance has announced its Outright Primary Dealers (MOF Outright PDs) league table semi-annually to encourage PDs’ performance and participation in government bond auctions and their role as the market maker to enhance liquidity in the secondary market. Theleague tables ofthe Fiscal Year 2019(October 2018 – September 2019) are as follows:
MOF Outright PDs are ranked on the basis ofthe allocated amount ofthe governmenton-the-run benchmark bonds (LB23DA, LB24DB, LB28DA, LB326A, LB356A, LB386A, LB466A, andLB676A) in the primary marketauctions. Top 5 (in alphabetical order):
