Mr. Lavaron Sangsnit, Director-General of the Fiscal Policy Office and Spokesperson of the Ministry of Finance, stated that the government’s net revenue collection in the first 4 months of fiscal year 2020 (October 2019 – January 2020), was 811,773 million baht, which was 14,190 million baht or 1.8% higher than revenue target but was 0.3% lower than the same period of last year. Remittances from State-owned Enterprises and revenue collection of Other Agencies exceeded target by 6,290 and 5,705 million baht or 8.6% and 9.9% respectively.
