Following a major move it made early this year on a plan to spend some 55.5 million baht on total renovation at all branches of its restaurant nationwide, the Pizza Company today announced it has completed the revamp of 8 branches to offer customers a brand new dining experience in a genuine Italian setting. Of a total of 67 restaurants expected to complete by the year-end, the 8 newly renovated branches are now ready for service at Future Park Rangsit, The Mall Bangkapi, Siam Center, Central Pinklao, Big C Sapan Kwai, Fashion Island, Laem Thong Bangsaen and Big Chiang Nong Kai. 5 more outlets located in the Mall Ngamwongwan, Central Airport Chiang Mai, Central Rama 3 and Rama 2, and Ma Boon Krong are also in a line-up for completion of full renovation in October.
According to the Pizza Company, the renovated restaurants saw an average of 15-20% rise in sales during June-July 2010, compared to the same period in a previous year, while some branches enjoyed a better performance with over 40% surge.
The renovation boosts a whole new Italian style d?cor including brown brick walls in an interior and exterior design. The restaurants are also placed with beautifully-design neon light boxes displaying its popular menus featuring pizzas, pastas, risottos and fresh salads. Yellow lights give a warm, cozy ambiance to the interior d?cor, making customers feel as if dining somewhere in the heart of Italy. Sitting in the middle of the outlets, the Pasta stations are stylishly complimented with decoration of kitchen/pantry equipments, each of which represents the promised land of pizzas, while the in-store utensils are of genuine Italian style. Furthermore, images of food on the menu on the walls add enhancement to the warm ambiance inside where more tables are available to serve more pizza lovers. Customers can now enjoy great tastes of pizzas and a variety of Italian menu in the new look and feel of dining experience.
