The Department of Export Promotion in association with Zenith Enterprise Co., Ltd, recently announced the closing for public voting for ZEQUENZ Design Contest project with overwhelming participation from around the world. The project committee will announce 30 short-listed entries which receive highest votes and comply with the contest criteria on the website www.360creativelife.com on October 11, 2010. The selected entries will also be displayed for final judging by the contest Judging Committee at ZEQUENZ booth in the Bangkok International Gift Fair & Bangkok International Houseware Fair 2010 (BIG & BIH Fair 2010) to be held at BITEC Bang Na, Bangkok, Thailand during 19 — 24 October 2010. The winners will be announced at the Award Presentation Ceremony on 25 November 2010.

About Project
“ZEQUENZ Design Contest 360? Creative Life” — an ideal creativity platform at which participating designers can express themselves by delivering new ideas to the public. Besides, the Contest opens window of opportunities for designers and the interested public, locally and internationally, to explore the value of design and share their experience, and to collaboratively foster the Asian design industry to be able to compete in the global stage. The project period from 11 June to 25 November 2010.
The winner of the Grand Prize will receive cash of US$2,500, while two Runners-up will receive cash of US$1,000 each, along with Certificate of Honor for both. The Popular Vote winner will get cash of US$500. Each of them will also receive one set of ZEQUENZ journal special edition, plus a complimentary one-year membership from I-DESIGN magazine and Asia Book. 10 lucky Voters who vote for the Grand Prize winner will receive one Set of ZEQUENZ journal (special edition) and six months membership from I-DESIGN magazines.
