itSMF Thailand Chapter is a not-for-profit independent organization focusing on promoting IT operational excellence, by providing an end users forum, which enable members and organizations to share their experiences, their challenges and successes on leveraging IT Service Management Best Practices. The “itSMF Thailand Conference 2010” 4th Annual Conference is organized on Wednesday 13th of October 2010 from 8:00am to 5:00pm, at Ballroom A, 3rd Floor Swissotel Le Concorde Hotel, and welcome people who are keen to know more about ITIL v.3 and IT Service Management.
The event is all about innovation in the real world to address IT and business alignment challenges. In theme of Why ITIL?
