CPN expands its digital platform with its “Annual Sale Attacks!” campaign to boost mid-year traffic and sales

The platform includes the Shop@Central mobile application, which enables customers to get real-time information about new stores and offerings through their mobile devices like smartphones or tablets, and the CRM “CPN Click” programme, which allows CPN Click members to enter lucky draws without having to fill out any information on coupons. Both innovations received great responses from CPN’s customers. As of June, the Shop@Central app has been downloaded over 60,000 times while the implementation of the “CPN Click” programme has led to a 326% year-on-year increase in coupon redemptions.
