Amway (Thailand) Limited plans to beef up its role online after the tremendous success of its shopping site, www.amwayshopping.com, that receives a 97.91% satisfactory rating from all users in terms of the overall performances, with 70.08% praising its online shopping functions while 94.77% enjoying the available online activities. For the New Year celebration, Amway website will provide a platform where anyone can send their New Year wishes online. Amway’s online greeting card is now available until January 8, 2010.
Mr. Kittawat Ritteerawee, General Manager of Amway (Thailand) Limited, says that Amway (Thailand) has throughout this year emphasized its online presence at www.amwayshopping.com, especially for the marketing and promotional activities because it is obvious that more and more people go online for everything they need in life.
Most recently, the company’s online survey (Top 2-box) about user satisfaction on 1,007 people composing of 94.65% Amway Business Owners and the rest members and individuals found that most users are very satisfied with Amway website’s overall performance, with 97.91% satisfactory rating, a very good rise from last year. Meanwhile, in terms of shopping online, the score is 70.08% and for other online activities 94.77%. These ratings reflect that Amway website has been very successful in achieving both participation and satisfaction from the users.
And for the coming yearend celebration, the company is uplifting the look of its website, making it more festive with the “Happy New Year 2011” theme and inviting users to celebrate the occasion with the Season’s Greetings Card available in 12 beautiful designs that can be used as the online cards for participating well-wishers. Anyone can log on and post their cards online, send them to the special someone or even share their cards on their Facebook. Amway’s online greeting card is now available at www.amwayshopping.com until January 8, 2010.
