Bangkok--11 Jan--Hill & Knowlton Aim is to lift the standard as the leader in health and beauty retail business by addressing customer needs with comprehensive range of products and excellent services Watsons, No.1 health and beauty retailer in Thailand, has announced a new business development strategy for 2011 to better engage customers through modern, clean and consumer-friendly store decoration as well as to improve store operations and services. Watsons has also revealed the store to benefit from ‘new style — new concept’ at Central Festival Phuket with the aim to offer the best experiences for customers and lift the standard of Watsons as the health and beauty retailer with the highest sales for six consecutive years. In addition, the new concept sets aside separate space for men’s products, reflecting Watsons’ direction in addressing the fast-growing men’s grooming trend over the past year. “According to Nielsen report, 40 per cent of consumers in Asia-Pacific region shop health and beauty products in specialty stores. Part of this portion is the consistent hike in male customers paying more attention to grooming and health.
