Thailand’s First Online 3D Interactive Series is Highly Successful with 120,000 viewers
LG Electronics (Thailand) Co., Ltd., the leader in Thailand’s smart TV market, reveals Thailand’s first online 3D interactive series called “Mystery of Jariya”. Viewers are able to solve mysteries by themselves through the LG INFINIA SMART TV’s wide variety of features. Just three weeks after being launched, the series has attracted more than 120,000 views.
Mr. Chanchai Bhandhufalck, Product Head (Home Entertainment) Senior Manager of LG Electronics (Thailand) Co., Ltd. said “LG received very positive feedback after introducing the LG INFINIA SMART TV last year, so we kicked off “Mystery of Jariya”, a mysterious and fascinating series that allows consumers to try NetCast? features, which in turn help them to solve the enigmas presented in the series. In addition, LG presents the newest viewing experience to Thai consumers with Thailand’s first online 3D interactive series, which users can also interact with features and view in 3D mode from their personal computer. Just three weeks after being launched, the series has attracted more than 120,000 views.
“Mystery of Jariya” is the story of a group of friends: Krit, Tao, R, Rata, Bell and Jariya. They hadn’t met for many years after they graduated, so they arranged a birthday party for Tao; however, Jariya missed the party. Some said Jariya had died in a car accident many years earlier, but Tao confirmed that Jariya called him the day before and had arranged the birthday party for him. While everyone tried to find out the truth about whether Jariya was still alive, mysterious things kept happening all night. They tried to resolve the enigmas as soon as they can, in order to save their lives.
An online series, “Mystery of Jariya” has three episodes written by Eakkasit Thairat from “13 Game Sayong” and “Body Sob#19” movie. Starting from today until 11 February, LG features a quiz, offering viewers the chance to win a “LG Retro TV” and many more prizes at the website http://activity.mthai.com/lg
