Watsons launches Facebook page to drive CRM strategy

Bangkok--28 Feb--Hill & Knowlton Watsons the No.1 health, beauty and lifestyle retailer in Thailand, continues to drive its CRM strategy with the official launch of its “Watsons Thailand” Facebook page. The launch aims to strengthen relationships between Watsons and its target customers through the social network which will serve as an effective communications channel for Watsons to listen and better understand Thai consumers.
