Notice is hereby given that Mr. Yuke Sutarat, Director and Executive Director of Sahaviriya Steel Industries Public Company Limited (SSI), has resigned from his positions as Director and Executive Director effective on 7th March 2011.The company appointed Mr.Yuke to be Director and Executive Director since 11th August 2009. He has served on the boards for two years and seven months. The company will report his resignation to the 22th SSI Annual General Meeting on 29th April 2011.
Dr. Maruey Phadoongsidhi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SSI said “On behalf of SSI, I would like to thank Khun Yuke for his dedication and hardworking resulting in what has already been achieved, especially in making SSI to become the largest vertically integrated steel manufacturer based in South East Asia. I wish him well a success in his new position.”
