Toyoda Seiko (Thailand) Co., Ltd. — a mold designer and manufacturer from Japan — recently signed a contract with Hemaraj Land And Development Plc., to lease a ready-built factory in Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate (Rayong) for producing low pressure casting mold and shell mold. The factory will start operation in May 2011.
