The Citroen DS3 earned the nickname as the “fashion car of Paris” because of its stylish exterior design that stands out from the front to its rear; a balanced and harmonized design in the truest sense which delivers a sporty sensation that is absolutely modern and comfortable for the new age lifestyle of the younger generation.
The “DS3” is available in customized body color with 17-inch wheels and sporty exhaust system as standards for every model.The interior d?cor of the “DS3” offers both luxury in exuberant French fashion style and functional comfort; inside the “DS3’s ” interior cabin is a plethora of amenities such as automatic air-conditioning, radio-CD head unit at the front console, sporty steering wheel and a new 3-gauge instrument panel for a sporty feel as well.
The “DS3” has a choice of power sources in the 1.6-liter VTi 4-cylinder 16 valve jointly developed by the PSA group (Peugeot and Citroen) and BMW AG, and is capable of maximum power of 120hp at 6,000 rpm and maximum torque of 160Nm at 4,200 rpm. Mated to the engine is a 4-speed automatic gearbox with Tiptonic technology for a fun drive on par to its manual transmission counterpart.
Citroen’s safety technology in the “DS3” incorporates disc brakes on all four wheels with ABS (anti-lock brake system), EBD (electronic brake distribution), EBA (electronic brake assist), airbags, rack & pinion steering wheel with electric pump, a 5.2-meter turning radius, independent MacPherson struts suspension up front and rear, coil springs and anti-roll bar.
The Citroen “Jumper” comes in luxury design lines fit for executives and family trips. Three “Jumper” variants are available in the J2, JL1/JL2 and President model lineup.
The Citroen “Jumper President” features a large wide chassis that is the highest in its segment with a length of 5,413mm, width of 2,050mm and height of 2,524mm. Equipment level and comfort amenities are fit for VIP customers starting with 1st-class genuine leather seats with electric massage mode for a most pleasant motoring experience. Adding to its appeal is a hi-end home-theater entertainment system with LCD monitor and glass partition between the rear occupants and driver.
The Citroen “President” is powered by an equally large 3.0-liter turbo diesel 4-cylinder 16-valve engine capable of 157hp at 3,600 rpm and maximum torque of 400Nm between 1,700-2,550 rpm.
The Citroen “Jumper JL1/JL2” comes with a long chassis measuring 5,413mm in length but is only 2,254mm tall and a width of 2,050mm; its power source is a 2.2-liter Turbo engine with 4-cylinders 16-valve technology which delivers 120hp at 3,500 rpm and an impressive 320Nm of torque at 2,200 rpm.
Interior design and equipment level for the best in comfort amenities for the “JL2” features 1st-class genuine leather seats with electric massage mode, LCD monitor and hi-end audio system, electric doors on both sides, glass partition between rear passengers and driver section, and monitor for parking assistance.
The Citroen “Jumper JL1” is an 11-seater with genuine leather upholstery (2nd row electric seat), front console with Black Piano wood trim, console incorporates ergonomic design for user-friendliness, and glass partition for rear passengers and driver.
As for the Citroen “Jumper J2”, this model has a shorter chassis length of 4,963mm, width of 2,050mm and height of 2,254mm.
Under the hood is a turbo diesel 2.2-liter 4-cylinder 16-valve capable of 120hp at 3,500 rpm and 320Nm at 2,000 rpm.
The interior of the “Jumper J2” has 11 seats in genuine leather, LCD monitor with audio entertainment system, automatic door with side steps (only on the left side).
Every Citroen Jumper model is mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission with EURO 4 emission standards, front suspension of MacPherson struts, coil springs and anti-roll bar while the rear suspension gets an anti-roll bar, shock absorbers, and driver side airbag, disc-brakes on all 4 wheels with ABS.
