The Sivatel story began some 50 years ago with a six-storey apartment named Piyatham Court which lasted for 30 years. Then, it underwent a full renovation and became the Holiday Mansion Hotel. Another change took place in 2009 with a new project of a 32-storey Sivatel Tower, comprising of office space, residential premises for rental and the hotel, the Sivatel Bangkok.
The Sivatel Tower is ready for the Grand Opening. The celebration took place on the 8th floor, outdoor by the infinity swimming pool where guests could enjoy food and drinks, music and entertainment. It was also an Open House where guests could visit various outlets of the hotel namely “The Porch” fine-dining restaurant and the “Eight Spa” for instance.
HE Mr.Chuan Leekpai presided over the grand opening celebration among some 250 top social elites, businessmen and diplomats. One of Mr. Chuan’s drawings was put on a silent auction whereby proceeds went to the Chaipattana Foundation on the auspicious occasion of HM The King’s 7th cycle or 84th birthday anniversary in 2011.
After a dozen of superb lucky draw prizes courtesy of “The Eight Spa” @ Sivatel, there was a “Clean Green Smart” show, significant of Sivatel’s philosophy, rounded off with a spectacular “The Phenomenon” fireworks display.
