Bangkok--29 Mar--OASIS MEDIA Ananda bought back shares from Primerica, planning to launch 5 new IDEO projects near the mass transits worth a combine of over 10 Billion Baht and waiting for a right time to get listed in the stock market. Ananda announces 2011 strategy after buying back shares from Primerica since late last year completely with a plan to launching 5 new IDEO projects worth more than 10 Billion Baht. It maintains the market leader in development with the concept of condominium close to BTS and MRT to meet the lifestyle of GEN-C new generation which happens at IDEO. It announces 2010 performance with IDEO unit transfer of higher-than-target 6,300 Million Baht and continues developing customer relationship in a wider base with CRM and CSR activities to return profit to the customers and the society. Chanond Ruangkritya, President and CEO of Ananda Development Co., Ltd., discloses about the company’s 2011 policy that the company bought back all shares from Primerica Real Estate Investors completely since late 2010 which is regarded the first and significant step before preparing to get listed in the stock market. This year the company will launch 5 new IDEO projects worth over 10 Billion Baht and maintains the market leader in development with the concept of condominium close to BTS and MRT in the distance of from 0-200 meters, the IDEO’s DNA. Sales of the 12 projects in its port were currently over 85% with 7 of them sold out and awaited to transfer to all IDEO customers. IDEO unit transfer last year achieved the target of over 6,300 Million Baht from 4 projects including IDEO Ladprao 17, IDEO Ratchada-Huaykwang, IDEO Sathorn-Taksin and IDEO BluCove Sathorn. It targets to transfer IDEO unit of over 7,200 Billion Baht in 2011, comprising IDEO Ladprao 5, IDEO Mix Phaholyothin, IDEO Q Phayathai, IDEO Mix Sukhumvit 103 and IDEO Verve Sukhumvit. And definitely, the company will continue developing customer relationship in a wider base from both condominium and single house project with CRM and CSR activity to return profit to the customers and the society through a variety of communication channels and Ananda Member Club (AMC). “Ananda pays attention to research and study on target customers and we use it to set our main target, Gen C, which the company set at the initial stage.
