SCB had an inauguration ceremony for a completion of USD 300 mln Syndicated Term Loans Facility with lead arranger and participating banks. The transaction was marked as 1st offshore USD syndicated loans facility of Thai Bank since the 2008 Global Financial Crisis. It was successfully completed with 13 leading international banks joining in the facility. Standard Chatered Bank was Mandated Lead Arranger and Sole Bookrunner.
