SUPER JUNIOR M TO HEADLINE MTV EXIT FREE LIVE CONCERT IN CHIANG MAI TO FIGHT HUMAN TRAFFICKING

Bangkok--29 Apr--Total Quality PR The MTV EXIT (End Exploitation and Trafficking) campaign today announced plans to hold a massive live concert in the Thai Northern capital of Chiang Mai on June 25th to raise awareness and increase prevention of human trafficking. The free outdoor concert will be headlined by Asian stars ‘Super Junior M,’ and held at Chiang Mai’s 700th Anniversary Stadium. Thailand’s top artists will also perform at the concert, which is expected to attract over 20,000 local music fans. MTV EXIT is produced by the MTV EXIT Foundation in partnership with the Royal Thai Government, the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Australian Government’s Agency for International Development (AusAID). “We are thrilled to announce the MTV EXIT Live in Chiang Mai concert,” said Matt Love, MTV EXIT’s Campaign Director. “The power and influence of music is a great force for change. By holding this concert in one of Thailand’s most vibrant and art-loving cities we are harnessing this power; using it to inform and mobilize young people in the fight against trafficking.” In Thailand, MTV EXIT is proud to be working with TQPR and Nok Air. MTV EXIT has held 25 concerts across Asia over the past two and a half years years, including events in Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Nepal, Taiwan, the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia and Timor-Leste.
