Sahaviriya Steel Industries Plc. (SSI), ASEAN’s largest fully-integrated flat steel producer and the first global steel maker from ASEAN, led by Chairman of The Board of Directors Dr. Maruey Phadoongsidhi, held its 22nd Annual General meeting of shareholders at Silom Ballroom, Holiday Inn Silom, Bangkok, on April 29, 2011. The meeting was attended by SSI’s Board of Directors, Management and approximately 690 shareholders and proxies.
