- GM Thailand presented a donation of one million baht to the Thai Red Cross and HM The King’s foundation activities.
HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn grants an audience to General Motors Thailand’s executives led by Mr. Martin Apfel, President of General Motors Thailand/Southeast Asia and Chevrolet Sales (Thailand) (third from left). With him are representatives from GM Women’s Council, GM Workers’ Union and Chevrolet’s Welfare Committee. GM Thailand made a donation of one million baht to support the Thai Red Cross and HM the King’s foundation activities at Sala Dusidalai, Chitralada Palace. Mr. Apfel also presented a model of the EN-V to HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.
The EN-V (Electric Networked-Vehicle) was showcased to the public at last year’s World Expo in Shanghai. The intelligent two-seat electric vehicle concept aims to tackle urban problems such as traffic congestion, parking availability, air quality and affordability.
