Royal House in its 27th year gives a present to the society with the concept of “We Build and We Share” to pioneer the corporate social responsibility (CSR) to save the buffalo and cow’s life and give a house of books. It is confident 2011 marketing strategy with housing designs will cover all market segments, particularly city-home building which will be a new house replacing existing one on the former plot which the Company specializes in. It plans to open two new branches by the end of the year in Nakhon Pathom and Korat to tap rising demand in provinces which can help it increase to 10 branches. It reports 4-month sales of 334 Million Baht and expects to have 1 Billion Baht as target by the end of the year. It makes a d-day on July 1, 2011 to raise housing prices by 5-7% in line with increasing costs. Mr.Sakda Kovisuth, Managing Director of Royal House Company Limited,a quality leading homebuilder with the slogan, “ Build the House with the Brain ”, discloses that homebuilding market this year has higher competition in lower-end market segment as it is the largest base of the market where pricing is the main strategy.However, Royal House will definitely not be in the pricing wall.This is theCompany’s policy since the first year of establishment until now. The Company continues maintaining the slogan,“Build the House with the Brain,” meaning that customer will receive homebuilding services from professional management and construction team both pre-, during and post the construction. The guarantee on house’s structure has longest period to 15 years. The Company is confident in its strength in housing designs that can cover all market segments from unit prices of 2 Million Baht up to over 10 Million Baht. Another market which the Company specializes at is to build a city-home or replacing an existing house on the former plot in the city. “Since our establishment of Benjapol Construction and Development on May 27, 1984 and changed to Royal House on March 23, 1987 until now, we have built 5,000 units, covering all regions in Thailand. Now we have 8 branches as in the past 7 years we have seen an upward trend in demand in the provinces. On September 9, 2011, we will launch new branches in Nakhon Pathom and Korat which will help us increase to 10 branches by the end of the year. Mr. Sakda discloses about revenue growth each year. During 2008-2009, it grew by 25.71%. During 2009-2010, it rose by 15.38%. Revenue during January to April 2011 was 334 Million Baht which is in a satisfactory level and the Company expects to have 1 Billion Baht by the end of the year as target as there are around 150 units which the Company is constructing and waiting for construction. By statistics, the Company’s largest customer base which the Company can maintain the market leader is unit prices of between 4.01 — 10.00 Million Baht and 1.5 — 4.0 Million Baht so the Company has offered new housing designs to support these market segments consecutively. Another markets that have expanded and are in an upward trend are unit prices of between 15.01 — 20.00 Million Baht and 20.01 — 40.00 Million Baht. The Company offers new housing designs to support both markets with 4 and 2 designs respectively. For the marketing policy, the Company will be concerned about the actual condition so it will raise construction prices by 5-7% from July 1, 2011 onwards. With many factors including rising oil prices, wages and skilful labours, construction prices are affected severely. Book house program is coordination with Bangkok Metropolitan Authority (BMA) in the “Metropolis of Learning” program with the concept of nurturing knowledge to the youth and the public by building a library for BMA. For saving the buffalo and cow’s life, the Company will persuade our customers to travel to save the life of 27 buffalos and cows at a slaughterhouse in Ayudhaya by November 2011.
