One of Pioneer AV receivers’ outstanding characteristics is that it can be integrated with different sets of home theatre systems according to the varied demands of consumers of all ages and interests.
For this year, Pioneer is providing more variety of integrated home theatre packages from 9 to 16 to better answer consumers’ preferences. These packages are specially designed under the three main characteristic lifestyle choices: Satellite systems for the new generation whose living space is limited and who prefer simplicity and space efficiency; Todoroki systems for home theatre enthusiasts living in a single house or having big spaces who prefer heavy and powerful bass sound and Hi-Fi systems offering natural and engaging tonality.
Pioneer aims to win a market-leading position in AV receiver products this year. The four new Pioneer 5.1 and 7.1-channel AV receivers are the VSX-521-K, VSX-821-K, VSX-921-K and VSX-1021-K. Each model features HDMI 1.4a support capable of providing a surreal 3D experience and is equipped with a very extensive selection of cutting edge functions. Pioneer models also offer seamless digital convergence, enabling consumers to easily control all operations with today’s digital entertainment devices such as iPhone, iPad and iPod. Users can quickly access music and video content and share them with others in one room or throughout the home.
Pioneer’s New Sound Wing speaker is being introduced as the world’s first innovation using HVT, the horizontal-vertical-transforming technology. The HVT mechanism helps transform the horizontal movement of a voice coil to the vertical movement of a diaphragm, and drastically reduces the thickness and unwanted vibration as well as providing richer bass reproduction compared with the conventional models.
Pioneer will exhibit its latest innovations and other outstanding products for 2011 for the first time at the Bangkok Hi-End Audio/Video Show 2011 from this June 30 to July 3 at the Grand Mercure Fortune Bangkok Hotel.
