HE MR Thepkamol Devakula (2nd from right), Privy Councilor and former Thai Ambassador to Belgium, and his wife, Khunying Kwanta Devakula (right), graciously presided over Blue Elephant’s “Catering with A Difference” launch party on the Manorah River Cruise, and was welcomed by Master Chef Nooror Somany Steppe (2nd left), founder of Blue Elephant Group. The official launch of Blue Elephant’s catering service was attended by high profile personalities, members of the travel trade and media.
