Siam Commercial Bank is celebrating the successful launch of the 3.42 billion baht Prime Office Leasehold Property Fund (POPF) jointly issued by Bhiraj Buri and the Erawan Group PCL. With SCB appointed as Financial Officer and Sole Underwriter, the POPF is the largest property fund launched in the last five years, combining assets of the two companies for fund raising. Currently ranked second on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, SCB is committed to supporting the fund until it is ranked number one.
