Mr. Volker Hellstern, Managing Director of H?fele Thailand Limited said, “Hua Hin is a famous beach resort town that attracts million of Thai and foreign tourists every year. In addition to its white sand beach and relaxing atmosphere, excellent infrastructure, convenient transport and its location which is not far from Bangkok give Hua Hin exceptional economic and business potential. In 2010, property and real estate market in this area grew by approximately 13% and this trend continues constantly. Market demand and sales of property projects, including both single house and condominium, are continuously increasing. Thanks to this trend, the demand for construction materials, furniture, kitchenware and electrical appliances is on the rise. Demand for consultation related to construction, decoration and system building is also very high.

Hafele Studio Showroom Hua Hin is located on Hua Hin 29, Soi Muban Borfai, Hua Hin, managed by showroom manager Mr. Danai Samootrat. The facility, covering 2,000 square meters of space is divided into exhibition zones, including hardwares, sanitary wares, kitchenwares, furniture fittings and warehouse items more than 600 items to offer the highest possible convenience to potential customers in browsing and selecting products or seeking advices from H?fele’s experts and expects to generate Bt 48 million sales in the first year.

“Our new Hua Hin Design Studio is part of our major strategic move in the second half of this year to increase competitive advantages and ability to better address market demand.
