the French Embassy in Bangkok sold its property located on South Sathorn Road to City Virtue Limited, in an effort to regroup all the Embassy services on its Bangrak location, where a new facility is going to be constructed. CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) Thailand was awarded the exclusive consultancy appointment and advised the French Embassy throughout the process leading up to and in the negotiations of the sale of their property.
Carried out with regard to both economy and cohesion, this operation will allow the Embassy to offer its visitors a more modern and functional environment and, they hope, improve the quality and efficiency of its services.
The Alliance Fran?aise will be relocated on a different site, as from June 2012, in a way that will bolster even further its influence in Bangkok.
