They’ll be steamy sounds of salsa and tango for flirtatious moves on the dance floor, sensational Spanish wines to get you in the mood, and a selection of tasty treats to satisfy your appetite.
At VIE Wine & Grill’s exclusive red and raunchy evening, some of Spain’s most luscious wines will be accompanied by premium quality imported cheeses and delicious cold cuts and cured meats. The gourmet food producers will also be present at the chic evening soir?e to tell more about sunny Spain and its fabulous food.
Known for ruby red Riojas and Ribera del Duero, approachable whites such as Pened?s and crisp and bubbly Cava, Spanish wines are increasingly attracting the attention of wine connoisseurs. At VIE Wine & Grill, a special selection of wines will include labels from the Ramon Roqueta series such as a fresh and fruity Macabeo Chardonnay, a tempting Tempranillo with its complex notes of wild fruits and liquorice, an intense red Crianza, and more.
The wines will be paired with cheeses such as Manchego Curado and San Simon Dacosta, a lightly smoked cheese with a smooth buttery texture and a pleasant earthy taste. Other favourites from the cheese board will include Cabrales, one of the great blue cheeses of the world that is especially good when accompanied by a full bodied red wine and cured meats such as Chorizo Iberico, a flavoursome sausage made from pork seasoned with smoked paprika and spices. Guests will also enjoy Solomillo, a traditional sausage from Spain’s Valle de Los Pedroches, and many other tasty treats.
