Hsiang Thai Alloy Co., Ltd. — a manufacturer of alloy wheels for cars from Taiwan — recently organized a Groundbreaking Ceremony for its factory at Hemaraj Rayong Industrial Land (Hemaraj RIL). Located on 27 rai of land, the new facility is expected to start operation by March, 2012 to produce alloy wheels for cars at a capacity of 300,000 pieces per year.
