Central Retail Corporation Limited (“CRC”), the leading retail company and department stores operator in Southeast Asia, announced that today it completed the acquisition of 100% of the quota capital of La Rinascente S.r.l. ("Rinascente").

CRC was assisted by Morgan Stanley and by Claudio Costamagna with CC&Soci as financial advisors in the transaction. Clifford Chance assisted CRC as legal advisor.
