SUPERGEL, a French industrialist specialised in pork meat packaging, is developing its offer towards Asia Pacific. The company has a wide range of products intended for industry, distribution and for local markets too. It provides customers with bespoke packaging, in fixed or variable weights, prior to deep-freezing and dispatch to the final destination.
In its workshop, equipped with a bulk packaging line and a bagging line, SUPERGEL packs close to 500 tonnes of meat per week. The meat is then frozen and stored in both of its warehouses, which boast a total capacity of 30,000 tonnes (20,000 tonnes at the Chartres site and 10,000 tonnes for the site at Ballancourt sur Essonne). Once prepared, the merchandise is sent in containers to Asia (Philippines, Hong Kong,Vietnam, Malaysia) and Africa (Ivory Coast, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Angola).

SUPERGEL products all originate in France. They come from the main French slaughterhouses.
SUPERGEL’s turnover rose by 43 % from 2007 to 2010, going from ?0.7 to ?1.2M.
SUPERGEL is now looking for distributor in Asia Pacific and plans to set up a subsidiary in Philippines.
