Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) Executive Vice President and Head of Mortgage Business Division Pikun Srimahunt introduces a new SCB Home Loan promotion, featuring 0% interest for 3 years and a mortgage fee waiver. Customers paying installments throughout a mortgage period will get 0% interest for the last 3 years of the mortgage. When opting for the minimum retail rate (MRR), customers will receive a waiver of the 1% mortgage fee and SCB Credit Life insurance as per conditions specified by the bank.
