The Stock Exchange of Thailand’s (SET) board approves the transfer of Siam City Securities Co., Ltd. (SCIBS) membership in the SET to Thanachart Securities plc (TNS), witheffect from August 17, 2011 onwards.
The membership transfer is a result of their recent merger. SCIBS has transferred its operations as asecurities broker and derivatives agent to TNS and SCIBS has ceased operations as an independent entity since the beginning of this year.
