Bangkok Bank Executive Chairman Kosit Panpiemras (centre) and Senior Vice President, Human Resource Department Patima Chavalit (4th from right) donated Baht 500,000 to the Economic Reporters Association President Thanachai Na Nakorn (5th from left) and the Association committee in support of the Association’s project for providing training to member journalists in 2011. The training will be held at the Faculty of Economics, Thammasat University every Saturday from 20 August to 10 September from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., totalling 4 weeks (24 hours).
Bangkok Bank and the Economic Reporters Association initiated the project six years ago. The training project aims of strengthening journalists’ knowledge of the economy to help them with their news reporting.
