HP invites Thai youth to join “HP Green Youth Camp- Reuse & Recycles for our Planet”

Bangkok--24 Aug--Hill and Knowlton The Imaging & Printing Group of Hewlett-Packard (Thailand) Ltd., is organizing the “HP Green Youth Camp — Reuse & Recycle for our Planet”, and inviting Thai youth to apply to join the camp. This environmental camp is part of HP’s “Planet Partners Program”, the global environmental campaign encouraging the closed loop recycling of used original cartridges of ink and toner which are available in more than 50 countries and territories worldwide including Thailand. ‘HP Green Youth Camp — Reuse & Recycle for our Planet’ is now open to receive applications of those who are aged 12-15 years old to submit their A4-size painting image created with their preffered techniques following the theme of ‘Reuse & Recycle for our Planet’. The painting image should have a brief caption of at least 5 lines describing the environment. The creative owners of selected images will be given the opportunity to join the camp which is limited to only 80 students. The camp will be held from 8-10 October 2011 at Saikhao Widelife Conservation Development And Extension Station, Chanthaburi. ‘HP Green Youth Camp — Reuse & Recycle for our Planet’ is offering a chance for youngsters to enhance their art skills while learning about how to live in a friendly way with nature and the environment. These groups of youth will foster the better environment of our planet according to HP’s commitment in the Planet Partner program. Further application details for students who are interested to participate in the ‘HP Green Youth Camp — Reuse & Recycle for our Planet” are as follows: Students aged between 12-15 years old can apply to this program.Students are suggested to register their application at www.hp.com/th/toner before August 19th, 2011. Following the registration, students should submit their painted image created with any technique under the theme of “Reuse & Recycle for our Planet”, at A4 size, with a5 line caption.The submission is allowed by mail until 15 September 2011.
