The Board of Directors Meeting of KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED No. 8/2554
held on August 25, 2011 has resolved to approve the interim dividend payment for the first-half of
2011 operating results at the rate of Baht 0.50 per share, totaling Baht 1,196,630,096.50 to the
shareholders, by setting the record date on September 8, 2011 to determine the list of shareholders
entitled to receive dividend, and the shareholders register book closing date on September 9, 2011 to
compile the list of shareholders. The dividend payment shall be made on September 22, 2011.
The Board of Directors deemed that the rate of dividend specified above appropriate, which
is 9.85% of the first-half of 2011 net profit.
