Mr. Irawach Chantrprasert Former Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare (centre) presided over the opening of Yosaya Clinic, the beauty centre by Dr. Songyos Chanchitr (third right) at Yosaya Clinic, Ratchadpisek Road recently. He also participated in the talk on “Get up to Korean and Thai Surgery 2011”.
