Three dominant property development organizations --- Thai Real Estate Association, Housing Business Association and Thai Condominium Association --- joined forces to organize the ‘25th Thailand House & Condo Show’ in response to massive housing demands during 29 September-2 October, 2011 at Zone C, 1st and 2nd floor including Plaza, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC), hoping that government will manage to pass support measures in due course to help stimulate residential sales.
Mr. Sukit Traiwanapong, head of the ‘25th House and Condo Show’ Organizing Committee revealed that the committee still intended to maintain this fair as the biggest housing event of the year with more than 600 residential projects and related products being showcased and available for sales in reference to its promising catchword ‘everything you need: everywhere, every site, every price’. A number of event participants indicated that the developers were confident in a housing market recovery in the second half of 2011. Although the market situation in the past seven months seemed flat, now it seemed to get better since the new government has been formed and the unconventional measures to boost the market would soon be passed. Mr. Sukit also anticipated that the measures might be launched by late Q3 which was in a corresponding time of the ‘25th House and Condo Show’ and the unexpectedly enthusiastic reactions from real estate developers, consumers and financial institutions backed up his outlook.
Over 600 projects of all sizes from various credible developers will be offered at the fair including detached houses, townhouses, condominiums, commercial buildings, semi-detached houses, resorts, plots of land and many more. Moreover, mortgages and home loans will also be provided from renowned financial institutions, Credit Bureau and Real Estate Information Center (REIC) who will hand out useful related advices for all visitors. The 25th Thailand House & Condo Show will be held on a vast exhibition space of 11,000 square meters and is scheduled for Thursday, 29 September- Sunday, 2 October, 2011 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Zone C, 1st and 2nd floor including Plaza, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC).
