Following on its success during the past two years, the Asia Fitness Convention will again be held in Bangkok during October 21 — 23, 2011 at the Imperial Queen’s Park Hotel.
With this year’s theme of “Beyond Excellence — Transformation through Purpose”, fitness professionals and health enthusiasts will have the opportunity of participating in sessions and workshops led by some of the world’s most renowned fitness experts such as, Jim Stoppani, who is also a personal nutrition and health consultant to numerous celebrity clients including Dr. Dre, LL Cool J and Mario Lopez, world-renowned martial artist and strength and conditioning specialist, Steve Cotter and Keli Roberts, a 2007 inductee into the US National Fitness Hall of Fame, to name but a few.
Over 30 world-class fitness and health presenters will be flying into Bangkok especially for this event, and participants can also have the opportunity to experience and learn about the latest exercise and strength and stamina building techniques such as Trigger Point Therapy, ViPR and RIP60. The highlight of AFC 2011 will be the Asian debut of Combine360, a dynamic new workout formula to attain new levels of performance for kids and athletes of all ages.
