Bangkok--7 Sep--Fourdee Communication As part of the aggressive move into integrated real estate services, Plus Property is taking on a new image with brand new corporate logo to mark its 15 year anniversary, while implementing a proactive step to enhance service quality, hoping to boost confidence among Thai and foreign customers. The company also reported strong growth of 11 per cent in overall business during the first eight months of 2011 with revenues from of Property Management and Property Management businesses reaches 136 million baht and 125 million baht, respectively. Meanwhile, its Facility Management business gained impressive sales of 73 million baht. “Plus Property, as a Thailand-based real estate company, is a clear leader in real estate company, offering integrated services in Thai with local and international recognition. We, therefore; announced the change to use new corporate logo to unify the business units. This also reflects our organization as a business operating a wide range of services under sharing mission. The new logo also signifies our step forwards to business world of innovative services in which all customers’ demands would be addressed in an integrated way. Plus Property’s net profit during the first eight months this year totaled 335 million baht. Four core business segments contributing to the revenue include 1.) Asset Management business, which accounts for 37 per cent with total sales of 125 million baht or 15 per cent year-on-year growth. The revenue from this segment come from two core services including 1.1) brokerage services with 71 per cent revenue proportion; and 1.2) sales management with 29 per cent revenue proportion; 2.) Property Management business, which accounts for 40.9 per cent with total sales of 136 million baht or 7 per cent year-on-year growth and 90% growth from existing customer base; 3.) Facility Management business, which accounts for 21.9 per cent with total sales of 73 million baht or 12 per cent year-on-year growth; and 4) other business , which accounts for 0.2 per cent with total sales of 0.5 million baht. Overall, Plus Property reported 11 per cent growth from the same period in the previous year. With regard to service quality improvement to maximize customer satisfaction and maintain customer base, Mr. Apichart disclosed that “We plan to renovate our corporate website and to place higher emphasis on online marketing in parallel with the development of skills for sales teams, customer relations management, along with focus each business segment. Firstly, for our Property Management business, technologies and innovations for six start hotel services would be utilized for project management to maximize customers’ satisfaction, while enhancing working employment for staff who are ready to deliver services and working to control cost in the most effective way. Secondly, for Asset Management business, Sales Development would be established as part of the company’s brokerage service in order to raise skills in service providing among staff, and create designated team to serve foreign customers to address their specific need. Furthermore, the company would focus on providing Leasing Stocks with price range of 6,000 — 15,000 per month, as well as more commercial properties to meet customers’ demands, including SMEs. Another important area is to foster business partnership to maintain existing customer base. This is also applicable to sales management business, which serve as best partner to provide practical pieces of advice for all area to deliver the most effective recommendations for project sales development. A series of training programs will be involved to raise service and advising team potential, and to extend Sales Management service to cover all types of projects, including condominium, detached houses, town house, while maintaining loyal customers. Finally, for Facility Management business, Plus Property has put in strategic plans and service development to offer services that exceed the traditional facility management, by focusing on heath and safety of people. The company has also explored innovative facility management in other counties for further application to raise the bar of its management. Meanwhile, related staffs have also completed the training to offer Plus Quality Service with higher level of expertise.
