Delisting of the securities of The Siam Industrial Credit Public Company Limited from the Stock Exchange of Thailand

Bangkok--30 Sep--Siam Commercial Bank Reference is made to the tender offer launched by Siam Commercial Bank PCL (the “Bank”) to purchase all securities of The Siam Industrial Credit Public Company Limited (“SICCO”) for the delisting of SICCO securities from the Stock Exchange of Thailand (the "SET"), which resulted that there were a large number of SICCO shareholders tendered their shares for sale to the Bank. Consequently, SCB now holds SICCO shares for approximately 99.55% of the total issued and outstanding shares of SICCO. Thereafter, on September 29, 2011, the Board of the SET resolved to approve the delisting of SICCO securities from being listed securities on the SET, with effect as from October 7, 2011, onwards. In this connection, October 6, 2011 will be the last trading day for SICCO shares on the SET.
