ML Chandchutha Chandratat (second left), President & CEO of Thoresen Thai Agencies Plc, and Ms. Kannikar Chalitaporn (second right), President of Siam Commercial Bank PCL, recently celebrated the signing of a loan agreement worth Baht 1.2 billion to refinance TTA’s convertible bonds.
