Fitch Withdraws Ratchaburi Power's Expected Bond Rating

Bangkok--12 Oct--Fitch Ratings Fitch Ratings (Thailand) Limited has withdrawn its expected 'AA-(tha)(exp)' on Ratchaburi Power Company Limited's senior secured debentures, as the company has withdrawn its plans for the bond issue.
