New office to ready company for future expansion and improved customer experience
RS Components (RS) the world’s leading high service distributor of electronics and maintenance products and the trading brand of Electrocomponents plc (LSE: ECM), has announced the opening of its new office in Asoke district, Bangkok. The THB5.5 million office will provide advanced infrastructure and support to the company’s fast expanding business in Thailand.
The new facility will house RS Components Thailand’s sales, marketing, customer service and technical functions and feature an improved call centre. As the company continues to raise the level on quality service, the changes within the call centre will enable it to provide an unmatched customer experience in the industry.
