The management staff of Oasis Spas, one of Thailand’s most respected and successful day spas, recently completed a three-day management planning seminar with its CEO’s — Pakin Ployphicha and Toby Allen — at the Away Suansawan Resort and Azaya Villas. The entire management staff of 30 people attended the seminar focused on broadening Oasis Spa’s brand personality and company culture. The “Smile Culture” is the emphasis for the coming year, a comprehensive program expected to enhance the experience of its spa customer. The management of Oasis Spas has pledged to take its already celebrated services and products to even higher levels in the coming year.
